2. Next, prepare a paste for the pork curry. Blend together the red chilies, vinegar, ginger, garlic, chopped onion, turmeric and cumin seeds in a food processor. Use this paste to marinate the pork and let it sit for around 30 minutes.
3. Now, put a kadhai on medium flame and transfer the marinated pork pieces in it. Then, add the black pepper, cloves and cinnamon in the pan and fry for about 10 minutes. (Note: Oil is not required to cook this dish, as pork fat is used for the same.)
4. Once the fat starts separating from the meat, add some water in the pan and mix well. Keep it covered with a lid and let the pork curry cook on low flame for about 50 minutes, until the pork is tender. Garnish with a sprig of coriander leave and enjoy!
