The cake just seemed very wet even thought the knife was clean. Baked for 75 min. And still wasn’t sure it was baked completely. This was my first low carb baking attempt. I will use a hand mixer next too. In the end, it is a very tasty coffee cake so Inwill make again adjusting temp and time and prob putting in a 8×11 pan and see how that goes.
