Place the dipped mozzarella stick onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until you've dipped all the mozzarella pieces. Put the baking sheets into the freezer for an hour.
3. Preheat the oven to 400. Bake the frozen mozzarella sticks for 8-10 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Serve hot with tomato sauce if desired. Enjoy!
