1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line an 8x8x2-inch baking pan with foil. Grease the foil; set pan aside. Combine granola, oats, nuts, flour and raisins in a large mixing bowl. Stir together egg, brown sugar, oil, honey and cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir into granola mixture until well combined. Press evenly into the prepared pan.
2. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Cool on a wire rack. Lift up on foil to remove from pan. Cut into bars.
