3. Separate egg whites and yolks into separate mixing bowls.
4. Add stevia, 3 ounces cream cheese and whey protein to yolks. Stir in optional coconut flour, if using. Mix until smooth.

2. Whip up a batch of our Crazy Keto Dough. Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes while you prep the rest (ps it keeps up to 3-4 days in the fridge).
3. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Line a baking tray with a baking mat or parchment paper.
