3. After five minutes, stirring regularly to prevent the lentils from sticking and burning. At ten minutes reduce to a low-medium heat and keep stirring for five minutes more.
4. Take off the heat and whisk briskly to break up the lentils more. Add the crumbled kasuri methi, garam masala, lemon juice, and chopped cilantro.
