When I took my mixture off the stove, I stuck a thermometer in it and its temperature was 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a heat-proof bowl and let cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve and enjoy!
