3. Breaknoodles or spaghetti noodles in two and add to the inner pot of the instant pot then pour the soy sauce mixture over the noodles. Make sure the noodles are soaked in the sauce or else some parts might come out uncooked. The noodles should be just covered in sauce.
4. Add bell peppers, onions, ginger, garlic and spring onions on top of the noodles.
