1. Place sizzling metal plate in a 450 F oven for about 10 minutes to preheat.
2. In a wide pan over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil. Add garlic and cook until softened.
3. Add chopped chicken and spread across the surface of the pan. Cook, turning on sides as needed, for about 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly brown and begins to crisp.
4. Add soy sauce and continue to cook, stirring as needed, for another 30 to 40 seconds or until sauce is mostly absorbed.

      3. Over a hot grill, grill pork for about 7 to 10 minutes on each side or until crisp and slightly charred. Or arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and broil in a 450 F oven for about 4 to 5 minutes or until nicely charred.
      4. Remove from heat, allow to cool to touch, and chop meat.
