Total Time: 20 minsCategory: Dessert1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or Silpat mat.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a large wooden spoon until smooth batter forms and there are no flour or egg streaks.
3. For small-medium cookies, form small round balls, slightly less than 1 1/2 inches in diameter. You should have enough for 13 balls. (Or for medium sized cookies as seen in the video, use a 1.5 tbsp cookie scooper to scoop out balls. You should have enough for 10.)
4. Place on baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Split between two baking sheets because the cookies do spread out. Place in oven and bake for about 10 minutes. (about 11 for the bigger cookies). Cookies will initially be puffy and will then thin out when cooling. Let cookies cool on sheet and set for about 10-15 minutes before removing and eating.

Total Time: 29 minsCategory: DessertCalories: 122 per serving1. In a large bowl combine 1 3/4 cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread, 1 egg, and 1 egg yolk. Now mix that all together with an electric hand mixer until well combined. You can also use a whisk as well.
2. Now sift in 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, along with 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/8 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together until the dough is well combined.
3. Once the Nutella cookie dough is combined, scoop out mounds of the dough using a cookie scoop. The dough may seem dry and crumbly at first. Once you take out the dough into your hands, it will take shape as you roll it into a ball.
4. Now place the Nutella cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-9 minutes.
