1. Heat the grill for the hot dogs. You can cook these to your liking -- I love mine charred.
2. While the grill is heating, brown the ground beef in a large pan. Add all the seasonings to the ground beef and pour in the broth. Turn it over in the skillet a few times to coat the meat. You also want to break the beef up as much as possible. Add the tomatoes, reduce the heat to medium, and let is simmer while you make everything else, stirring occasionally.
3. In a large bowl toss together the cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion.
4. In a smaller bowl whisk together the mayo, cider vinegar, canola oil, and sugar until smooth. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.

Cook for 6-7 minutes, until the beef is mostly browned, stirring occasionally. Add onion, green pepper when beef is about 3/4 done and stir to mix.
2. Add the broth or water, and the remaining canned ingredients. Stir well.
3. Add the chili powder, cumin, sugar, pre-minced garlic, smoked paprika, cinammon, pepper, and optional cayenne. Stir until well combined.
4. Bring the mix to a low boil for about 5 minutes. Then, reduce the heat (low to medium-low) to gently simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
