Bake for 55 to 65 minutes. The outer edges of the filling will puff up slightly and the center will be only slightly jiggly.
That makes for a staggering 43.6 net carbs per serving of pumpkin pie! That is certainly far too many carbs for anyone trying to keep it low carb for the holidays.
