It takes just 5 minutes to make the glaze for this bourbon honey glazed ham! Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is heating, combine all ingredients except ham in a bowl. Score the fatty side of the ham in cross-cut fashion. Place ham in baking pan and baste using the bowl mixture. Cover the ham with aluminum foil.
Make sugar-free glaze. Combine keto maple syrup, butter, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, cinnamon, and ground cloves in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat. Glaze ham. Remove the ham from oven and pour the glaze over it. Bake again. Return to the oven until golden brown. Use a sharp knife to carve. Carve.
In a medium saucepan, heat bourbon, honey, molasses, and marmalade over low heat for 15 minutes or until reduced by half, stirring occasionally. (When measuring honey and molasses, spray measuring cup with nonstick cooking spray to keep measurements accurate.) Set aside. With a sharp knife, cut a diamond pattern on the fatty part of the ham.
