Keto sweetener – Be sure to use a powdered one, so that your dressing isn’t gritty. I recommend powdered monk fruit allulose blend, which dissolves better than others. Apple cider vinegar – Otherwise white vinegar works fine as well. Dill pickles – Check the label to ensure no sugar added. The amount of each ingredient is on the recipe card below.
Ranch dressing is usually made with buttermilk or buttermilk powder. We don’t have it around very often, though. I don’t like having to purchase something just for one purpose. I wanted a low carb ranch dressing recipe that I could make on the fly when I feel like it, using ingredients I have all the time.
