1. First make your blue layer of keto jello by add 1 cup of cold water and a blue drink mix to a glass measuring cup or a bowl and sprinkle in the gelatin powder. Mix it well and let it bloom while you boil water.
2. Add the boiling water to the gelatin mixture. Whisk until the gelatin is dissolved then pour into your dessert cups. I use these glass dessert cups which worked well but you can try jars as well.
3. Place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more until they set and are firm to the touch.
4. Meanwhile about an hour before they are ready, make the red layer of jello just like you made the blue except us a red drink mix. You want it to cool down before you add it to the blue layer.
