    2. Process until smooth. If dip is too thick, add a little more of the reserved liquid and process again.
    3. Serve immediately, using several cilantro leaves for garnish.

    3. Pour the dip into a baking dish - we used an 8.5 x 6.5 dish, but you can use an 8x8 dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of the dip.
    4. Bake the dip for 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling. You can broil for 1-2 minutes to really melt the cheese!
