A satisfying low carb side dish! Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut each brussels sprout in half and discard any discolored or detached outer leaves. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, and dill with a whisk. Add brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat.
Milk has too many carbs, about double the amount of heavy cream, and at the same time, it’s too thin to make a sauce for creamed Brussel sprouts. It would just be more carbs without the creamy texture so avoid using it. Do I Have to Add Bacon to these Brussel Sprouts?
You'll just need brussels sprouts, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and parmesan cheese. I recommend using freshly grated parmesan, but if you have that powdery cheese-stuff in your pantry, I'm sure that would work too.
