1. In a large pot with boiling water, cook the noodles according to package directions. Add the broccoli the last 5 minutes of cooking and let them cook until tender. Drain the noodles and broccoli.

1. Let your steak come to room temperature for 10-20 minutes. During this time sprinkle both sides with salt.
2. In a medium skillet melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the garlic cloves with the peel still on, once cooked the peel will come off easily! I leave the cloves in the pan for as long as the steak cooks.
3. Place your steak in the heated pan and cook 3-5 minutes. Add 1 tsp liquid smoke and 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce. Flip add remaining liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce and cook for another 3-5 minutes. You will probably need to flip it again and cook until the steak is done to your liking!
