4. To cook the broccoli, heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add broccoli and toss to coat, then lower the heat, add the 2 tbsp water and cover the skillet (anything that mostly fits will do) for about 30 seconds, until bright green. Remove to a plate and set aside.
