1. Pour the boiling water in to a blender and then the gelatin mix.
2. Blend on the lowest setting for a couple seconds until the gelatin is dissolved.
3. Pour in the cold heavy cream and blend on the lowest setting until well combined. (Just a few seconds).
4. Pour into your popsicle molds, add the sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
