2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place cooling rack on top; spray with non-stick cooking spray. (The cooling rack will help to circulate even air flow for a crispier crust).

4. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper and brush both sides with a layer of honey mustard.

2. Pat the filets dry with a paper towel.
3. Whisk the mayo, mustard, syrup and garlic powder together in a bowl and brush both sides of each filet with this sauce. You will have about half of the sauce left over to use on the baked fish.

WEBSep 27, 2023 · Take a paper towel and dab the fish dry then place on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Spoon the mayonnaise and cheese mixture on top of the tilapia

1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
2. Spray a cookie sheet or baking dish and lay your tilapia filets in. Use a paper towel to dab the extra moisture or water off the filets. This way the mixture will cling to the fish better.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and then spread on each filet.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until flaky. If using tilapia filets it will be closer to 15 minutes and the loins will take more time. If you want it more brown on top, broil for 2-3 minutes.
