Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula couple of times during the mixing process.
3. Carefully add flour into the cream cheese mixture and mix just until everything is fully incorporated, approximately 30 seconds. The batter should be smooth, silky and free of lump at this point.
4. Prep baking pan. Grease the bottom and the sides of an 8 inch baking pan with soften butter.
