  1. Place the peanut butter, butter and sugars together in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mix until smooth on low speed. Beat in vanilla.
  3. Slowly mix in dry ingredients, being careful not to over mix. I usually stop when I still have some flour remnants around the bowl.
