4. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight. Store the remaining marinade in the fridge to be used for basting when the pork is cooking.

3. Add the 1/2 cup of the reserved liquid, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 1/2 Tablespoons of honey, 1 Tablespoon of Red Chili Pepper Paste, and 1/4 cup fresh sqeezed orange juice.
4. Turn the Ninja Foodi on sear/saute and allow to simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
