Our Keto Chicken Laksa is the perfect Asian noodle soup to keep you warm and fuel. It’s dairy-free and made using our tasty Low Carb Laksa Paste. Place a nonstick saucepan over high heat. Add the coconut oil and the chicken and brown. Remove the chicken from the saucepan and set aside.
Heat oil in a large saucepan or small pot over medium low heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 20 seconds, then add lemongrass and chillis. Cook for 1 minute. Add laksa paste. Turn heat up to medium and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, or until fragrant. Add chicken stock, coconut milk, fish sauce and 2 tsp of Laksa Chilli Sauce.
This Low Carb Laksa Paste recipe makes approximately 1 ⅔ cup or 13 serves. 1 serving is 2 tablespoons with 4g net carbs Store leftover Laksa Paste in the fridge for up to 1 week or portion out and freeze for up to 3 months.
