Our Keto Chicken Laksa is the perfect Asian noodle soup to keep you warm and fuel. It’s dairy-free and made using our tasty Low Carb Laksa Paste. Place a nonstick saucepan over high heat. Add the coconut oil and the chicken and brown. Remove the chicken from the saucepan and set aside.
To make the 'Laksa Broth' add 'Spice Paste' to prawn/shrimp flavoured oil and fry for a minute. Add laksa paste and simmer for about two minutes. Pour in the chicken or vegetable stock and bring to boil,. Then add coconut cream, fish balls, fried tofu, sugar, fish sauce, salt and freshly squeezed lime juice.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the laksa paste and continue cooking, stirring occasionally until the ingredients are well combined, about 2 minutes. Raise the heat to high, add the chicken stock and brown sugar.
