1. Cut the asiago slices into 4 ~1-inch cracker-sized pieces.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet and carefully place the sliced cheese pieces on the skillet. Allow the cheese to melt and bubble, then to settle into the skillet a bit. This should take anywhere between 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your skillet and cooking temperature.
3. Use a spatula to carefully flip each slice, cook for another ~15-30 seconds, then remove onto a plate and allow to cool. Enjoy immediately, or store in a sealed container or zip-lock bag for 1-2 days.

3. For the Pizza and Jalapeno Popper Crisps, sprinkle the toppings evenly on the tops of the cheese piles.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to completely cool before removing from the baking sheet.

4. Remove top parchment and using a pizza cutter or knife cut into bite-sized squares/triangles, then prick all over with fork (you don’t need to separate pieces). Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until golden all over. Note: I used a preheated baking stone, which speeds the cooking time by about 5-10 minutes.
