Let sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes or cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large deep heavy skillet (oven proof with lid) over medium. Add chicken and cook until golden, 3-5 minutes pers side. Remove to a plate.
