Applebee’s Mild Boneless Wings is one of my favorite Saturday night splurges. At 58 net carbs for the whole order, it’s quite a splurge. Fortunately I can only eat about half an order – but that’s still more than my max daily carb count. Of course, I used to eat an entire order WITH a full order of french fries on the side.
So good, you would never know that they are low carb. Buffalo wings and boneless wings are two of my favorite appetizers to order when dining out. At many restaurants, the wings are already low carb and gluten free. As long as they aren’t dredging the wings in flour before frying, you are usually in the clear.
