Cool for 30 minutes. Add the egg, cinnamon, salt, and flour to the apples and mix with a spatula until they are thoroughly and evenly incorporated. Cool completely before using.
3. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
