3. Stir in oats until all oats are evenly coated. Stir in apples until evenly mixed.
4. Using a 1.5 tbsp cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough and apply some pressure to pack it into the scoop (this is to help compact the mixture). Release scoop onto prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies 2 inches apart.
