1. Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C.

4. Place on a lined oven tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until the oats begin to turn golden. Remove from the oven, mix and then add the apple and coconut and return to the oven. Cook for 5 minutes or until the granola is crunchy. Watch carefully to ensure the apple does not burn.
