3. Add the sauteed onion and garlic back to the pot. Then pour the beef stock and a cup of water into the pot then bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 1.5 hours or until meat is tender (Add water if needed).
4. Turn of the heat then remove the ox tail from the pot and leaving all the liquid, set ox tail aside.
