1. Place the pork chops onto a clean plate and pat them dry with a clean paper towel. Drizzle them with olive oil.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper and mix well. Sprinkle the spice blend all over the pork chops, coating each piece evenly with the spices on both sides.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F and spray the basket with cooking spray. Place the pork chops into the air fryer and cook for 9 minutes, flipping them over halfway through the cooking time. See notes below for cooking time recommendations.
