4. Transfer the ingredient from the bowl to the flat surface when it begins to stick together. Then gently knead the ingredients into a working dough that can stick together- do not over-knead. If the batter sticks to your hands you can either oil your hands or apply flour to them to keep the sticking to a minimum. Pat the dough into 1″ thickness. You can form the biscuits by hand or use a round cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits.
