2. Preheat oven. Combine millet and cauliflower and mash with oil, chives, salt and as much water as needed to make a smooth mixture.
3. Stir the greens mixture into the beans and spoon all into a casserole or baking dish. Top with the cauliflower and millet topping. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
