DirectionsStep1Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line a 8x8 or 9x5 baking pan with parchment paper, or grease well.Step2In the bowl of a food processor combine the pitted dates and adzuki beans. Pulse until they're broken up and well combined.Step3Add the vanilla, cocoa, oil, and eggs, and run the food processor until the batter is very smooth.Step4Stir half of the chopped dark chocolate into the batter at this point, if desired (I highly recommend this!)Step5Scrape the batter into the prepared baking pan, and then scatter the remaining chopped chocolate over the top.Step6Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are set but the middle is still just very slightly jiggly. You can bake them a bit less for fudgier brownies if you like.Step7Remove from the oven and cool for about 10 minutes before you cut into themIngredientsIngredients1 ½ cupsAdzuki Beans (cooked)¾ cupMedjool Dates (pitted, 100g/3.5oz pitted dates)1 teaspoonVanilla Extract⅓ cupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder4 tablespoonsVirgin Coconut Oil2 Large Eggs3 ouncesDark Chocolate (roughly chopped)NutritionalNutritional196 Calories11 gTotal Fat42 mgCholesterol23 gCarbohydrate21 mgSodium5 gProteinFrom heynutritionlady.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore furtherAdzuki Bean Brownies (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Macrobiotic)food.comAdzuki Beans Recipe Jamie Oliver - Share Recipesshare-recipes.netFudgy Kidney Bean Brownies - Brooklyn Farm Girlbrooklynfarmgirl.comAdzuki Bean Curry MOON and spoon and yummoonandspoonandyum.…Fudgy Aduki Bean Brownies (grain-free + vegan option)kelliesfoodtoglow.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback
