1. Preheat oven to 425 and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Slice chicken breasts into strips. Add chicken strips and flour to a large ziplock bag. Seal and toss to coat chicken in flour.
2. Place panko crumbs in a bowl. In another bowl whisk together eggs and water. Dip flour-coated chicken strips into egg mixture, then toss in panko crumbs to coat.
3. Place coated chicken pieces on greased baking sheet and spray heavily with cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes until chicken is browned and cooked through.
4. While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat. Add brown sugar and hot sauce and stir over medium-high heat until melted and mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in garlic powder and water until smooth.

1. Prepare the chicken strips according to package directions. I like to fry mine in vegetable oil. If you want to use this method, this is how I do it: fill a pot with oil about 2 inches deep. Heat oil to 375°F. Add half of the chicken strips to the oil and fry for 7 minutes. Use kitchen tongs to transfer the chicken strips to a paper towel lined plate. Fry the other half of the chicken strips.
2. Once the chicken strips have been fried/baked or prepared how you wish, transfer the chicken to a large bowl. Drizzle the sauce overtop of the chicken and toss to coat. Serve warm with a side of ranch dressing.
3. In a small saucepan add the hot sauce, brown sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the brown sugar dissolves. The mixture should come to a boil. Once boiling remove from heat.
