1. Allow the ingredients to sit to get to room temperature if they have been stored in the refrigerator. This will make it easier to make this recipe. In a medium mixing bowl (or food processor) use a fork to work the cream cheese or process the cream cheese until smooth.
2. Fold in the oregano, parsley, and garlic powder until blended. Then lightly fold in the shredded cheese.
3. To form the ball simple use your hands. I suggest using a bit of oil or water on your hands to help prevent the cheese from sticking to your hands.
4. Cover the cheese ball with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours before serving. Serve with additional shredded cheese on top along with some low carb and keto crackers .
