2. Gently combine turkey, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, tarragon, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into 4 burgers. Broil 4 inches from heat until cooked all the way through, about 5 minutes per side.
3. Serving side: 1 burger

1. In a bowl mix your ground turkey, panko, salsa, chili powder and salt & pepper together.
2. Portion into 4 burgers, roll into balls, scoop some out to add in your cheese, stuff cheese in and then roll back into ball and press into a burger.
