1. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, yoghurt, sweetener and vanilla until it resembles custard.
2. Prepare two ramekins by placing them in a bain marie (baking dish, filled with enough hot water to come up to the middle of the ramekins) and pouring the mixture equally between the two.
3. Cook at 180°C for 45 minutes until golden. They will puff up when cooked and will sink quickly when they're out of the oven, but this is normal!
