2. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, applesauce, and egg until well blended. Stir in the corn muffin mix, creamed corn and corn kernels until combined.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
4. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
