1. Spray a large non stick frying pan with oil and cook the chicken until it's just started to golden.

4. Then add everything else and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until thickened. If using an instant pot or other multicooker, cook for 10 minutes. Or slow cooker on low for 6-7 hours.
