1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a medium heat. Let the ingredients simmer together 2 minutes until it bubbles then reduce the heat to low and cover.
2. Let the ingredients simmer at a low heat for 8 minutes. The sauce will begin to thicken. Turn off the heat, test the salt and pepper. Add more to your liking if needed.
3. Cool the sauce in the pan then transfer to a mason jar and store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks and heat up an use as needed, or enjoy cold.
