3. Heat grill to medium and grill chops 6-8 minutes per side. This will vary based on the temperature of your grill and the thickness of your chops. Remove from grill once the chops have reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
4. Remove chops from grill. Create a tent with a piece of foil and place on top of the chops and let rest for about 5 minutes. Slice into quarter inch slices for children and/or serve whole for adults.
