It is my pleasure to provide the following feedback on this fabulous banana cake recipe. After reading several comments about overflow problems, it is important to be make sure your Bundt (or tube pan) has a capacity of at least 12 cups. Some of the newer style “Bundt” pans hold only 10 cups.
