Frequently Asked Questions

How do you cook goat meat for curry?

First, set a large dutch oven over medium heat on the stovetop. Add the oil, and once hot, add in the goat meat, curry powder, coriander, and paprika. Stir to thoroughly coat the meat in the spices and brown on all sides.

Is this veggie curry keto friendly?

This veggie curry also freezes well so if you make up a batch, pop the leftovers in the freezer and take out when you need a healthy dinner on the fly! Just like most vegetarian and vegan meals, it’s not as low in carbs as most keto-friendly recipes but it’s still great for those who follow a low carb diet.

What is the best way to use coconut milk in curry?

The best way to use coconut milk in curry is to use only the coconut cream portion of the canned coconut milk. The curry will still taste good and be creamy, but if you want your curry to taste like it came from an Indian restaurant (which you do!), only use the cream. Thanks to my friend and team member, Emily from My Everyday Table, for this tip!
