First I wrapped the head in paper towels and microwaved for 4 minutes. Let it cool, easy to slice and cuts down the baking by about 15 minutes. Then I followed the recipe but after they started to brown I pulled the pan out of oven. I drizzled a combination of Ken's Dressing Ginger Sesame and honey. Back in oven to make the dressing sticky.
