Chicken wings with low carb teriyaki sauce – Cook your wings until crispy then pour in the teriyaki sauce and toss. I love to use my air fryer to get the wings ultra crisp, but you can always bake or barbecue them if you prefer!
Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add the avocado oil, onion and chicken strips. Stir fry until onion and chicken have browned. Stir through vegetables (if using) and half of the Teriyaki sauce. Stir fry until the sauce is thickened.
