DirectionsStep1Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, spray with olive oil.Step2Add chicken and brown for 5 minutes then flip and brown for an additional 3 minutes.Step3Meanwhile, combine the (teriyaki sauce) soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and cornstarch in a medium bowl.Step4Add the sauce to the cooked chicken and continue to cook for an additional 1 minute until thickened.Step5While the chicken cooks, make the rice.Step6In a small pot, or rice cooker, add rice and water.Step7Bring to a boil on high heat. Lower heat to low, cover and cook until the water soaks into the rice, about 30 minutes.
